  • Rosie Beswick started her career in business administration after her initial college training in business studies & commercial law, then qualifying in administrative accountancy.  CPD has been a key factor in Rosie’s career.
  • Career started as the youngest Box Office manager of a National theatre and festival giving her team management skills, logistical skills and a good understanding of working with creative individuals and companies.
  • Five years later, through secondment from a international accountancy firm, moved to become the Company Accountant of an engineering and service company in Manchester.  Rosie remained there for over 5 years in which time the company turnover rose four fold, acquired additional activities, became computerised, and started a very lucrative export campaign.  Her role there was very varied and included all the financial aspects plus many administrative, training, research and systems projects too.  This role again gave Rosie the opportunity to increase her management, financial and administrative skills & qualifications as well as understand the mind set of an engineering & technical business.
  • 1990 saw her first move into self employment and business ownership - jointly with her husband Frank.  They owned gastro pubs for over 10 years which again required a new set of skills including the role of Head Chef for most of those years.  They obtained many awards during this time including Excellence in Service.  During this period Rosie continued to obtain further qualification, most notably in a wide range of computer skills as well as working part time in the field of International Market Research.
  • 2001 Rosie moved to Shropshire launched Rosie Consulting and has continued to be involved with International Market Research as well as further increasing her skills through training.  Rosie also heads a second business www.seekitout.co.uk and is a founder and a joint leader of the hugely successful business women’s network group Network with Style founded in 2008 www.networkwithstyle.com
